SHIPPING POLICIES
I use USPS 1st class shipping. All in stock orders are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment ( not including weekends) If it is a special order it could take up to 7 days until it is ready to ship. Please email me for all special orders. If shipping within U.S. it usually takes 2-4 days once it is put in the mail . If you would like it sooner you will need to email me so I can adjust the shipping price. Please be sure your Paypal address is accurate. I am not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect info saved to Paypal . If you need it shipped to a different address or you need a gift bag just email me. I am also not responsible for items lost or stolen, once it is shipped it is out of my control . You can add insurance for an additional $2. only insured orders will be covered for loss or damage ***If you need your jewelry by a specific date please contact me first to be sure you will receive it on time |
RETURN POLICY
Customer service is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your jewelry and your experience. please keep in mind you are buying handmade jewelry and that some items are delicate and should be worn and handled carefully. if it does break I am happy to fix those for you with no problem ( we warranty our work). If it breaks due to negligence than I can fix it but there might be a charge. you may exchange an item for store credit if requested within 7 days of receiving an item.(minus shipping, handling ) Buyer is responsible for shipping back the unworn item in good-as-new condition in order for the store credit to be applied. the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer refunds. please be aware that we work with fresh water pearls, semi-precious stones and quartz. the stones maybe dyed or treated and will vary in color, size and shape. natural inclusions and imperfections are to be expected with these materials. please allow for this but know we are very picky and use high quality stones and pearls. Also please be aware of sizes on the bracelets and rings and the lengths of necklaces before ordering to ensure you get the right fit. |

***JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
Sterling silver and gold-filled components can last years with regular wear if taken care of properly. these materials will tarnish over time due to exposure to perfume, moisture, oils in skin and air. ***Your jewelry will last longer if you follow these steps. *** its best to keep it in an airtight bag when not in use. ***keep away from excessive moisture. remove when exercising, showering and swimming *** from time to time try to rinse with soapy warm water to remove oils and dirt before putting away. ***keep away from chemicals, perfumes and oils ***Jewelry cleaning instructions*** for non plated smooth items a polishing cloth is best. they can be found at the jewelry counter at most department stores for all materials and delicate chain (excluding pearls and stones) I recommend connoisseurs jewelry cleaner. ( we get it at Target at the jewelry counter) for best results just dip quickly and rinse WELL with warm water and let dry. I recommend not using too often as it takes the outer layer of metal off. Not for use with pearls, stones and shells another way to clean silver pieces (I don't recommend for gold-filled and gold plated) is to lay objects down in glass or plastic container on top of a piece of tinfoil, then sprinkle liberally with baking soda and add hot water, let sit a few minutes and then rinse well. hope these tips help you to enjoy your jewelry for a long time. please contact me if you have more questions. |
